- Able Sewer and drain is the company to call if you want fast friendly great work done at reasonable price. the main sewer line going to the street was clogged everything backing up in my home and I called able sewer for assistance. - I cannot say enough good things about Able Sewer and Drain! We found ourselves with a plumbing emergency over the weekend. We suspected a main sewer drain clog. Having never dealt with this before, we were very nervous about what we were facing and what it would cost. We called around and received several “after hours” quotes that weren’t pleasant, but we felt we didn’t have a choice. Thankfully the company we agreed to have come never showed up. - I cannot say enough good things about Sean and Christy. We had just moved in to a new house and within 5 days were experiencing septic backups. Long story short, we had several different plumbing and septic "specialists" come out and point the finger at each other without fixing the problem over the course of a week. We called Able, and by the end of the day it was discovered that the true problem was a broken septic line under my garage floor. The next day, Sean and Ben worked tirelessly to dig up the floor and fix the line. Throughout the entire process, Sean and Ben were the utmost professionals and kept up abreast of what was going on and what they needed to do. After all was said and done, Sean was even nice enough to come back out a week later to meet with the insurance adjuster to explain what he found and what was needed. - This is a company that truly puts the customer first! I had a backed up kitchen sink and the owner, Christy, not only returned my call within ten minutes but she made sure that someone came out to the house within just a few hours of my call. Since we needed more than just a snake to fix the problem, Able did not even charge us for the service call! - Excellent from beginning to end. I spoke with Christy, the owner, she was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The technician arrived within 30 minutes and cleared an extreme sewer blockage. He was very polite, worked quickly and even gave us advice to save us money in the future. - I would rather not have drainage problems but if I do, there is no doubt who I will call. From the person taking the call, through the technician who arrived to assist us, I was more than pleased.
